To those enduring the weight of life’s conditions, sickness, caregiving, disability, failure, or being unseen and unheard.
Our prayer is that these pages will touch you, comfort you, and help you heal as you journey forward. Grief does not have to shape your future in a harmful way. You can heal. You can be restored from every loss, every disappointment, every death, and every new beginning.
About the Journal
Grief enters our lives without warning—through death, loss, adversity, harsh conditions, and moments that shift the balance of everything we know. This journal was created for every heart that has walked through those doors of difficulty. Each section offers tools and strategies to help you cope with grief of all kinds.
This book includes a prelude, introduction, and a section on why it was written. It covers three main areas: Naming Grief, which looks at grief, death, loss, and harsh life conditions; Walking Through Grief, which discusses how you grieve and finding your new normal; and Living Forward, which explores facing the future, writing a letter of grief, and ends with a closing letter and information about the author.
You will find a Scripture, a prayer, and a reflection space where you can write your thoughts as you navigate the questions, emotions, and changes grief brings. These pages are here to sit with you in the places where grief interrupts your normal and rearranges your soul.
At the end of the journal, an activation portion invites you to capture the lessons grief has taught you—what it revealed, reshaped, or strengthened within you.
